oh, hello!

As a visual and spoken word artist, dancer, singer, songwriter, and minister of the Gospel, I have embraced the term multi-hyphenate. I pride myself in the powerful meaning of my first name, derived from the Greek word for healing, and that of her middle name, which translates from French as "born again."

To live up to my name, I employ art as a pedagogical tool and change agent to encourage spiritual, psychological, and emotional healing, and promote liberation. I create to restore and transform; to represent the interconnectedness of trauma and triumph; to chastise the strongholds that hinder freedom and authenticity. I create to mirror: this world alienates us, but my art demonstrates that we are never alone.

You are not alone.

I pray that, above all else, my work is a chrysalis— spurring healing and rebirth; after all, it is what my name requires.
